Brisket and Pulled Pork Call to me...

Anyone used a gas or electric smoker?


Please advise.

I want to make proper barbecue, but don't know how to properly tend a long fire. I might learn and get a Weber Smokey Mountain... or an electric or gas smoker. All I want is real BBQ.
